Our winery in Remanzacco, specifically in the hamlet of Orzano, is the only one in town.<\/p>\n
Surrounding it is a land of stones and gravel, nestled at the foothills of the pre-Alpine valleys in the ancient riverbed of the Malina stream.<\/p>\n
Here, sharp temperature shifts define the character of our wines, while northern winds channel through, creating a steady airflow. A tough land? A wise one. It rewards those who are patient, who believe in its potential, and who respect its natural rhythm. <\/p>\n
Of our family\u2019s 200 cultivated hectares, just ten are dedicated to Vigne del Malina\u2014not for mass production, but for the kind of quality we love. A limited number of bottles for the wine world\u2014around 45,000 per year, and not every year. We honor nature\u2019s timing, never forcing it. <\/p>\n

We like to think that, in the vineyard, the role of humans is to provide quality care that discreetly supports the natural cycle.<\/p>\n
During winter dormancy, we carry out careful pruning. In spring, we thin out the shoots, keeping only the healthiest and most promising ones. Later in the season, we also select the best grape clusters. <\/p>\n
We do not use herbicides under the vines\u2014instead, we rely on organic or natural fertilizers to nourish the soil. A final selection takes place during the hand harvest, using small crates to preserve grape integrity. This is why we like to say that our wines are essentially made on the vine. <\/p>\n
In the cellar, we patiently wait for the wine\u2019s natural structure to reveal itself over time. Our intervention is minimal\u2014just a few thoughtful touches to bring out the best in every bottle. <\/p>\n
