We pair each of our wines with delicious appetizers, both cold and hot dishes that bring out the best in their aromas and flavors.
For those visiting us at the winery or simply passing by, we offer Agriturismo Vigne del Malina, located next to our wine shop in Remanzacco. It’s a tasting point, an outdoor space for aperitifs in the warmer months, and a cozy indoor area during the winter, complete with a traditional spolert (stone oven) and Friulian stove. The atmosphere is rural and warm, perfect for lunch and dinner. It combines the charm of the past with the authenticity of the countryside.
The menu is seasonal and authentic, just like our land. It always includes delicious appetizers, canapés, crostini, and cold dishes. From Wednesday to Sunday, there is also a selection of carefully prepared hot dishes, made with ingredients sourced from our countryside, locally grown, or regional at most, many of which carry the “Io Sono Friuli Venezia Giulia” label, which guarantees their traceability. We always offer homemade pasta and fragrant bread, as well as meat, fish, and vegetable dishes inspired by local tradition. Each dish is designed to pair with “its” wine, making ordering easy and tasting highly satisfying.
More than an agriturismo with a winery in Orzano di Remanzacco, we are, in fact, the opposite—a winery with an agriturismo. That’s why our menu features each wine alongside a specially selected appetizer or dish, carefully crafted in collaboration between our winemaker and chef. Whether you’re looking for a full meal or just a light aperitif, we ensure our food and wine pairings bring out the best in both, maximizing the wine’s unique qualities and aromas.
